BGM invites you to view live demonstrations on the latest innovations in Flexible Packaging & Label Converting Finishing Equipment

Bar Graphic Machinery is launching four new systems at this year’s Label Expo Brussels. The first machine is a 450 wide BGM Elite MultiflexG2 a full servo multiple substrate inspection slitter rewinder, capable of slitting and rewinding a wide range of unsupported and supported films, Foils, Papers and light board substrates as fine as 11 microns and upwards. Fitted with BGM’s own intelligent tension control system the MultiflexG2 produces outstanding rewind profiles every time on the most difficult of substrates, the machine will be demonstrated with E+L’s latest sensor free MMLD & Print control system.

Also to be released is the new economical series Ecoflex range Specifically designed as an economical solution for multiple purpose, multiple substrate inspection slitting and rewinding, the BGM Ecoflex can finish a wide range of unsupported and supported Films, Foils, Label stock, Papers and Light board, the machine will be demonstrated fitted with a 1 metre capacity unwind and integral roll lift-maximising roll changeover efficiency. The 10” touch screen with simple navigation, provides a host of functions including a job memory facility for fast and efficient job changeovers with little operator intervention.

In addition to BGM’s extensive die cutting range 2 new additions will be launched the all new eDTR Re – Register Die Cutting Slitter rewinder and eDSR High Speed die cutting slitter rewinder. Both machines are fitted with BGM’s fast easy load die cutting station, this enables the operator to effortlessly load the dies into the machine, with the weight of the die being supported by the bottom guide rail, vastly improving operator set up time, handling and reducing damage which may be caused due to incorrect loading which is common in conventional die station loading techniques. Other inspection and converting equipment from the extensive BGM Elite range will also be exhibited on stand 7D 51.

We look forward to seeing you in Brussels!
