TABLE TOP DIE CUT SLITTER REWINDER

The Elite TT250D Die Cut Slitter Rewinder was introduced into the market due to high customer demands, for a small compact cost effective way to produce and convert blank labels.

The TT250D Die Cut Slitter Rewinder is a very compact machine making it an ideal machine for companies with limited space, but still offering flexibility and high performance. The TT250D Die Cut Slitter Rewinder has been designed to accept most style of dies e.g. Focus, Nilpeter, Mark Andy, KDO etc. The TT250D is also fitted with BGM's unique Rotary Cartridge Slitting system. Also available is a Razor Cartridge system, with, quick release mechanism which enables the cartridge to be removed without disturbing the web.

The TT250D Die Cut Slitter Rewinder has a mechanical unwind brake and fixed splice table with pneumatic web clamps, the web is driven through the machine using a silicone covered driven nip roller. The rewind system for the waste rewind and product rewind are independently controlled fitted with torque motors to ensure tension is maintained throughout the finished roll. Interchangeable pneumatic rewind mandrels are fitted as standard, maintaining firm individual core grip for your customers valuable product.
