Reflex purchased their first machine from BGM in 2007 and since then they knew they could rely on them to offer specific solutions necessary to their operations. Reflex have recently introduced five 450mm-wide BGM Elite 450 Ecoflex full servo multiple substrate inspection slitter rewinders, for unsupported and supported substrates from 11 micron upwards. Fitted with BGM’s intelligent tension control system, the machines are fitted with a 1-metre capacity unwind systems with their latest innovative mandrel inflation system. Ian Kendall commented that: “the BGM Elite inspection slitter rewinders have proven to be outstanding, especially in achieving very high speeds with very difficult substrates.” Reflex are proud to be celebrating the success of BGM’s 25th year.
