1 Metre Unwind Unit (Modular)
The Elite 1 Metre Unwind Unit enables the efficiency of master roll change over and production to be greatly improved, the unwind system is fitted with a roll lift system which enables the operator to change over rolls with very little effort, the unwind brake tension is controlled using an ultrasonic roll compensation and roll end system.
The unwind unit incorporates a fixed master roll splice table with dual interlocked air clamps to ensure easy operation of splice, a large inspection area, and deceleration festoon, preceding a movable splice table allows effective higher speed web inspection.
