OPM Group receives delivery of a second Bar Graphic’s Elite MultiflexBradford’s based OPM Group, recently received delivery and installation of a second Multiflex, The Elite Multiflex is BGM’s latest innovation solving the long lasting problem encountered by many flexible packaging printers the finishing of the product, the Multiflex has been specially designed to excel in perfectly finishing supported & unsupported Multiple substrates, the installation co insides with the installation of yet another FA4 series full servo Nilpeter press.
Chris Ellison : Managing Director of OPM: Comments, over the past decade we have constantly invested in state of the art printing technology, this has enabled us to be at the forefront of print and flexible packaging solutions, we are constantly developing and achieving high quality and flexible solutions for our very innovative clients, as we print with an endless list of substrates, for some time now we have had the requirements for a finishing machine capable of finishing multiple substrates, one of our major requirements being the finished profile of the roll, after demonstrations and attempts from other finishing machine manufacturers, our decision was easily made when we visited BGM and viewed a demonstration on their very latest Elite Multiflex, the machine was effortlessly demonstrated with several of our bespoke products, achieving outstanding profiles and speeds.
Furthermore since the first installation 1 month prior to Label Expo, we decided that to compliment our entire finishing requirements, on completion of the installation of a new press, we would require a second Multiflex, just 1 week prior to Label Expo we proudly decided to place the order for another Multiflex from BGM

Bar Graphic Machinery Ltd will launch its revolutionary web saver digital finishing converting system on stand 6G128 at this years Label Expo, the BGM Elite FDTR Flexo Die Cut to re – register will be fully demonstrating its capabilities of being able to print to register over pre printed media whilst starting & stopping producing no waste, the FDTR prints to register, rotary die cuts to register, slits and rewinds all within one process, also being launched is the new Elite 450FSR Filmic Slitter rewinder, the fully servo driven dual rewind FSR is capable of finishing flexible packaging films and substrates at speeds of up to 300 m/min variants apply, BGM will also exhibit other models from their extensive Elite Range of Finishing and Converting systems.
BAR Graphic Machinery’s growth and expansion plans continue with completion of a new purpose built demonstration facility within their premises, the purpose built facility will provide an excellent platform for introduction and viewing of their equipment to potential new and existing customers, the new facility will also provide an excellent dedicated training department, R&D and testing area all of which are key elements in keeping BGM at the forefront of finishing and converting systems.
