The Elite 400Sri Narrow web inspection label slitter rewinder, offers unique flexibility and high performance. The ergonomic design of the label slitter rewinder incorporates BGM’s rotary cartridge slitting unit, which includes a quick make ready datum system enabling the operator to set the slitter unit with an optimum make ready time.
The Elite 400 Sri was introduced into the Elite Range as a highly efficient, cost effective Inspection slitter rewinder, and the machine incorporates all the essential standard features of our larger Inspection slitter rewinders.
The Elite Inspection slitter rewinder is equipped with a large unwind capacity, with ultrasonic roll compensation and roll end facility. Both the unwind and rewind tensions are fully independently adjustable by simple controls on the operator panel. Once the tensions are selected and set, there is no need for the operator to readjust the tensions.
