BGM Elite 400i Inspection Slitter Rewinder
The Elite Inspection Slitter Label Rewinder offers performance, fast turn around, and with the unique cartridge rotary slitting system, makes the setting up of the blades so much faster. The machine has been ergonomically designed combining its touch screen panel, with user friendly console and comprehensive operator diagnostics.
Both the unwind and rewind on the Elite Inspection Slitter Rewinder have independent tension control systems. This is to ensure that the machine will maintain a perfect profile on the finished roll at speeds of up to 300 meters per minute.
An electronic web guidance system with ultrasonic sensor is fitted to the Inspection Rewinder as standard.
The Elite Label Inspection Slitter Rewinder can be fitted with a web advance arm, to improve rewind roll change efficiency. The Inspection Slitter Rewinder is also fitted with an adjustable splice table which makes the removal of waste much easier.
