The die cutting inspection slitter rewinder, is equipped with an electromagnetic particle unwind brakeing system and an ultrasonic sensor automatically calculates the amount of brake tension required. This is controlled through the machines PLC unit. The operator panel is also fitted with an additional brake tension switch, which allows the operator to increase or decrease the amount of tension required on initial set up.
The plain label die cutting machine has been designed to accommodate most styles of rotary dies, eg, Focus, Gallus, Nilpeter, Markandy etc. The 370’s rotary die cutting station is a very robust unit.
