BGM Elite Multiflex 450 Servo Filmic Inspection Slitter Rewinder
Recently introduced into the BGM Elite Range, is the Multiflex 450 a dedicated full servo Filmic Inspection slitter Rewinder, specifically designed for finishing unsupported films, customer demands and market trends led BGM to designing and building a machine capable of slitting & finishing multiple filmic substrates.
Using the very latest technology, a motion controller maintains constant communication between the servo axis, enabling dynamic performance with great accuracy of positioning, speed and taper tension control, the HMI operator interface incorporates constant diagnostics and machine status.
The Multiflex’s single or dual pneumatic layon rollers, can also be used as a single or dual web advance system this function is easily selected using the HMI operator interface, independent pressure regulators on the layon rollers allow the operator to achieve maximum control on multiple films and papers, rewind mandrels are fully supported with quick release locking pistons ensuring concentricity of the rewinds.
