BGM Elite FDTR Flexo Re-Register Finishing Line
Servo driven print stations automatically home position the print cylinders enabling print to print re – registration, waste to be minimal, the press also features a web pitch setter, by entering print cylinder sizes in the HMI touch screen interface the FDTR adjusts the web path length between the print stations, enabling automatic stop positioning of the print cylinders in synchronisation with a waste matrix gap.
Flexibility of the press is outstanding, each individual print or die station can be switched on or off independently, offering multiple capabilities:- print to print, die cut to print, print to die cut, die cut to die cut, and last of all slitting and rewinding all in one process.
