Elite ETR Semi Automatic Turret Rewinder

The Elite Semi Automatic Turret Rewinder, was recently introduced into the Elite Range following customer demands for a simple, cost effective solution for turret rewinding, the versatility of the unit allows the turret to be fully operational from machine to machine with a minimum of downtime. The turret rewinder also requires no interfacing with the machine it is inline with.

The inline turret is of a 2 spindle design, while one spindle is rewinding the finished product, the operator has the ability to pre load and pre glue the cores in preparation for the next index cycle, thus increasing change over efficiency vastly.

A semi automatic system’s intended purposes are from medium sized rolls upwards, and research and development tests undergone at BGM proved the ETR can improve the efficiency by up to 60%.

Not only do we offer the unit as a standalone inline system, we also offer in our Elite range of Rotary die cutting, Inspection & finishing systems, the option of a 2 spindle indexing turret rewinder incorporated within the main construction, throughout the Elite Range.
