The BGM Elite DDTR Dual Die Cut To Register Slitter Rewinder, enables pre - printed substrates to be rotary die cut to register, slitted and finished offline. The versatile design of the machine allows you to die cut to register in 2 x Rotary die stations, the user friendly touch screen operator interface allows you to select which station you require to be the master or the slave station. Another benefit to the machines design is the ability to produce die cut blank labels, all of which can be slitted and finished all in the one process.
The DDTR Dual Die Cut To Register Slitter Rewinder has been designed and developed using the very latest in servo technology, which enables registration tolerance to be maintained through acceleration, deceleration, and running at speeds of up to 160m/min.
The BGM automatic re-register system enables the operator to set the die cut to register system, with a minimum of set up time, Once the machine is die cutting the operator advances or retards the tool in the master station using buttons on the operator panel, Once in registration the slave station is set in registration to the master and the machine will automatically maintain registration throughout.
