100% Inspection Platform

BGM's Elite 100% Inspection platform has been designed and developed with only one thing in mind, the capability of being able to inspect the web a true 100%, BGM worked very closely with many of the leading manufacturers of 100% Inspection camera systems and close consultations with end users have enabled us to achieve the perfect platform .

In operation the web travels through the camera system before entering a festoon , the festoon enables the web distance to be greatly increased in a very short space, this also makes it possible to decelerate and position the web default in the splice area once the fault has been detected.

Once the error has been removed the roll can then be slit and rewound counting in either labels or linear metres to produce a finished error free roll.
