The Elite 330 & 370 Die Cut Inspection Slitter Rewinder has been designed to accommodate most rotary dies eg. Gallus, Nilpeter, Nilpeter Focus, Markandy etc. The die staton on the die cut Inspection Slitter Rewinder is a robust unit and easy to set up.
The Elite 370DI Die Cut Inspection Slitter Rewinder is also fitted with a unique cartridge rotary slitting system to ensure make ready times are kept to a minimum.

The Die Cut Inspection Slitter Rewinder has an ( electronically controlled ) pneumatic unwind brake with ultrasonic roll compensation to maintain the unwind tension throughout the roll, this can also be set by the operation on the front panel if the tension needs to be reduced or increase for any reason eg the inspection of a perforated job.

The Die Cut Inspection Slitter Rewinder can also be fitted with a web advance arm, if required to improve rewind roll change efficiency, as the machine as a top speed of 250 meters per minute.
